Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the recipes, costs, and other data you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cost and pricing figures generated by Yield are estimates based on the data you provide; you are responsible for verifying figures used in your own business decisions, including compliance with applicable cottage food and labeling laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yield is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
